Where can I enter my discount code ?

To add the discount code, go to checkout. Here you can find the "Your basket"
section. Below the information about the rug and the price click on "Add discount code". Enter the code in the field and click "Apply". After adding the discount code, you will see that the discount has been deducted from the total amount

How long is the delivery time ?

All of the rugs on the website are in stock and can be shipped immediately. We
usually deliver within 1-5 working days within Hungary , 2-8 working days throughout the EU. Our warehouse is located in Budapest, Hungary.
You will receive a more accurate “estimated delivery time” at checkout

I forgot to enter my discount code. Can I use it later ?

Yes. We are happy to apply the discount code manually to your order afterwards. If
the discount code is valid, please send it to our customer service along with your order number

How much does shipping cost ?

We offer free shipping when the order reaches a fixed quantity. You can also choose
your preferred company at checkout including Magyar Posta.
You will see the exact shipping details and options at the checkout

How will my order be delivered ?

We provide door-to-door delivery. Your order will be delivered to your home by a
delivery company.
Depending on the size and weight of the package, as well as the country in which you live, you can choose from several shipping companies. The shipping methods relevant to your order are displayed at checkout

Do you have a store or showroom I can visit ?

At the moment we only sell online, we do not have a store or showroom yet where
you can view our rugs before purchasing. We are based in Budapest, Hungary. Our
first showroom will be opened in November 2024 in Budapest
- Our customer service is always ready to answer your questions if you need advice, additional pictures or anything else regarding colours and materials.
- When you order from us, you have 30 days to return your purchase if the carpet does not meet your expectations - you do not have to justify your decision

How can I return the rug ?

Contact Tian HOMZ by email and our customer service team will inform you about
the steps to take. A courier will be sent to your home to return the carpet to our warehouse. We will inspect the carpet, which must be in original, unused condition, and must meet our return policy. https://tianhomz.com/policies/refund-policy

When do I get a refund for my returned rug?

The rug first needs to reach our warehouse, and undergo inspection. If it passes inspection, a refund will be processed in the form of your original payment method. This will be processed within 15 days from the day that the rug was returned to us.

My rug arrived damaged. What do I do?

We are so sorry to hear this - let's get this resolved as quickly as possible. Please reach out to our Customer Service Team via live chat, email or phone. Please make sure you have your order number, email address, and a couple of clear photos of the rug, to help us provide you with a quick resolution.

What payment methods do you offer?

We offer payments via Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, Cash on Delivery . Please note that if you choose to pay with Paypal eCheck, your order will be placed on hold until the funds have cleared to our account.
