A legnagyobb méretet vettem de mivel kihúzhatós, bővíthető az asztal inkább veszek még egyet hogy a teljes 8 személyes verziónál is legyen alatta szőnyeg. Nem csak hihetetlenül puha, de a színe is lenyűgöző. Felbontás után azonnal teljesen kisimult, mintha nem is lett volna felcsavarva, és nagy előny, hogy eleve csúszásgátlóval van felszerelve. Láthatóan a ház igazi úrnője is elégedett. :)

Igényes, szép es puha szőnyeg, a hátoldali csúszásgátló jól működik, nem mozog annak ellenére, hogy kifejezetten vékony szőnyegről van szó. A szállítás nagyon gyors volt. Újra megvenném, nagyon elégedett vagyok, kár, hogy nincs még nagyobb méretben.

Where can i enter my discount code?

To add the discount code, go to checkout. Here you can find the "Your basket" section. Below the information about the rug and the price is a box that says "Add discount code". Click on the field to open it. Enter the code in the field and click "Apply". After adding the discount code, you will see that the discount has been deducted from the total amount

How long is the delivery time ?

All of the rugs on the website are in stock and can be shipped immediately. We usually deliver within 1-5 working days within Hungary , 2-8 working days outside through EU. Our warehouse is located in Budapest, Hungary.
You will receive a more accurate estimated delivery time at checkout

I forgot to enter my discount code. Can i use it later ?

Yes. We are happy to apply the discount code manually to your order afterwards. If the discount code was valid, please send it to our customer service along with your order number

How much does shipping cost ?

We offer free shipping method when order reaches fixed quntity. You can also choose your preferred company at checkout including Magayr Posta.

How will my order be delivered ?

We provide door-to-door delivery. Your order will be delivered to your home by a delivery company..
Depending on the size and weight of the package, as well as the country in which you live, you can choose from several shipping companies. The shipping methods relevant to your order are displayed at checkout

Do they have a store or showroom i can visit ?

There isn't. As we only sell online, we do not have a store or showroom where you can view our rugs before purchasing. We are based in Budapest, Hungary.

(Our first showroom will be opened on November 2024 in Budapest)
 
Our customer service is always ready to answer your questions if you need advice, additional pictures or anything else regarding colors and materials.
 
When you order from us, you have 30 days to approve the purchase, and if the carpet does not meet your expectations, to return it - you do not have to justify your decision

How can i return the rug ?

Contact Tian HOMZ by email. Our customer service team will inform you about the steps. The carpet must be in original and unused condition. We will arrange for a courier to come to your home, pick up the carpet and send it back to our warehouse. We will then inspect the rug to make sure it meets our return policy.
